  I have a query related to IV Room validation.
  
  we have medium Risk level IV room which is not started yet means not operational , and as per the previous report revalidation will be within 2 months ,(every 6 monthly as per USP 797)
  
  Do we need to validate the room or just at the beginning of start.
  
  Waiting for your suggestions.

  We suggest validation every 6 months, even if it is not operated.
  This will prevent any surprises before you go live.
